How to Book

1. If this is your first time booking, you will need to fill out our Registration Form Without this, we cannot process your booking.

2. Complete and submit our Booking Form for each child. 

3. Once these forms have been completed, you will receive an invoice via email, which will include the payment details.

Please note:

• Places are subject to availability and are booked on a first come first served basis.

• Ad hoc bookings are subject to availability and can be made up to 6pm the day before the required session.

• All bookings must always be paid in full before attending the club. The date your payment must be paid by will be listed on your invoice. If you have not paid by the specified date, your booking will be cancelled.

• All bookings are non refundable, non transferable and cannot be changed once invoiced.

Direct Bank Transfer: You can make payments directly to our account via bank transfer. Please refer to your invoice for our account details.

Government’s Tax-Free Childcare: Save money by using the government’s Tax-Free Childcare payment system. For more information and to set up an account, visit: Tax-Free Childcare. Employer’s Childcare Vouchers: If your employer offers childcare vouchers as part of a salary sacrifice scheme, you can use these to cover your payments. Simply provide us with the relevant voucher details.

Universal Credit Childcare: If you receive Universal Credit, you may be eligible for childcare support. For more details, please consult with a Universal Credit Advisor.

Terms of Booking with The Red Kite Kids Club

The information below is to outline the service provided and the basis upon which a place at The Red Kite Kids Club is offered and accepted. 

Booking Forms: A completed booking form is required for each new booking and provides your authorisation for your child to attend The Red Kite Kids Club.

Advance and Ad Hoc Bookings: We recommend making advance bookings for the full half term. Ad hoc bookings may be requested up to 6:00pm on the day before the required session, subject to availability.

Payment: Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and bookings are only confirmed once full payment has been received. Payment is due on the day the booking is made to secure your child's place. If payment is not received by the due date, your booking will be cancelled.

Changes and Refunds: Bookings are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be amended once invoiced, including changes to session times. If the club is required to close due to unforeseen circumstances, a refund or alternative session will be offered.

Missed Sessions: Please notify the club by email if your child is unable to attend a booked session so that we can update our register. Refunds or session swaps cannot be provided for missed sessions.

Collection Times: Children may be collected at any time during their booked session; however, fees remain unchanged. Children must be collected promptly at the end of their session. If you are delayed, please call or text the club as soon as possible. Late collections will incur a charge of 50p per minute to cover additional staffing and hall hire costs.
